Module technology

N-Type TOPCon bifacial modules, built for heat.

Higher efficiency, a lower temperature coefficient and bifacial gain — TPC Solar manufactures a TOPCon range from 430 W to 720 W for utility and commercial projects in hot, high-irradiance markets.

Why N-Type TOPCon

Built for heat, designed for yield.

TOPCon (Tunnel Oxide Passivated Contact) is an N-Type cell technology that addresses the two things that cost energy in hot climates: temperature losses and degradation.

Higher efficiency

Our TOPCon modules reach up to ~23% module efficiency — more watts from the same roof or land area.

Lower temperature coefficient

N-Type cells lose less output as cell temperature rises — directly relevant to Iraqi and Gulf summer conditions.

Bifacial gain

Double-glass bifacial models capture rear-side irradiance for additional annual energy on suitable mounting.

Lower degradation

N-Type cells avoid the light-induced degradation associated with p-type PERC, supporting stronger long-term yield.

Range of formats

54-cell, 72-cell, 210 mm and rectangle-cell layouts, monofacial and bifacial double-glass.

Documented

Every model carries a datasheet with the electrical, thermal and mechanical figures and conformity references.

Technology questions

TOPCon, explained

TOPCon vs PERC — what changes?

Higher efficiency, a lower temperature coefficient and lower degradation — meaningful in hot, high-irradiance markets.

What is bifacial gain?

Rear-side generation from reflected light, which can add a meaningful percentage to annual energy on suitable ground and mounting.

What power classes are available?

Roughly 430-720 W across 54/72-cell, 210 mm and rectangle formats, monofacial and bifacial. See each datasheet.
